Wes is the Senior Pastor of St. Andrews, having previously served as the RUF Campus Minister at Auburn University, the RUF Campus Minister at Carson-Newman University in East Tennessee, and as a Pastor on the staff of Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman University and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. He is married to his best friend Nancy, and they have two daughters, Emily and Kate. Wes loves seeing people come to faith in Jesus, and follow Him in their lives, vocations, marriages and families.
Bill Douglas along with his wife Brooke moved to Columbus in January of 1984 to start the church that became St. Andrews. Bill graduated from Auburn University and Covenant Theological Seminary, served as Youth Minister and Assistant Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Macon, GA before coming to Columbus. Their three daughters are grown and married, leaving Bill and Brooke to feed and fund the care of 2 large, unrepentant cats and a moderately loyal dog.
Grant Gilliam ministers to the youth at St. Andrews. Both Grant and his wife are natives of Mississippi where they met in the library of Mississippi College, their Alma Mater. While there, Grant earned his degree in Christian Studies and Philosophy and participated in RUF campus ministry where he developed a call to ministry within the Presbyterian Church in America. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, and was ordained in the PCA as a Pastor in 2021. Before joining on Staff at St. Andrews, Grant served as the Youth Director for First Presbyterian Church Crystal Springs and as a middle school teacher at Christ Covenant School In Mississippi. Grant can usually be found playing soccer, cheering for the Chicago Cubs baseball team, hiking, drinking coffee, or reading. Also, Grant and Jada are figuring out parenthood as they have a one year old son named Gray.

Bess loves working with the children and families at St. Andrews, having served as Children’s Ministry Director since 2013. Originally from Tennessee, Bess graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in History and Fine Arts and attended UGA where she earned her teaching credentials. Bess and her husband have 4 grown children.
Director of Music & Worship
Andrew moved to Columbus with his wife, Amanda, in 2013. Originally from Western Michigan, Andrew works as a musician and educator teaching on the faculties of LaGrange College and Columbus State University as well as maintaining a private piano studio along with Amanda in Columbus. He also serves as the Artistic Director of the Csehy Summer School of Music in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Andrew holds an artist diploma and master’s degree in piano performance from Columbus State University, and an undergraduate degree in piano performance from Bob Jones University. Andrew and Amanda have three very energetic sons.
Amy grew up attending St Andrews and returned in 2014 when she moved back to Columbus with her husband, Mitch. She and her husband have 3 boys, Levi, Lucas and Lawson. Amy graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Public Administration and served on staff with Campus Crusade prior to moving to Columbus. Amy & her husband have a huge heart for the Adoption & Foster Care ministry here at St. Andrews and in the community.
Heather O'Shields is a native of Columbus, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997. Her husband Matt is also from Columbus and they have been married since February of 2000. Shortly after getting married, Heather and Matt started attending St. Andrews. They have been members of St. Andrews since 2001. Heather and Matt have two children Olivia and Hurst , and one very ill behaved dog Georgia.
Jennifer and her husband Chris have been long-time members of St. Andrews. They have 2 children, Blake and Mason. Jennifer grew up in Northern Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Finance. She worked in the banking industry for several years. This is her second time with St. Andrews; she was the office manager for three years ending in 2017, and jumped at the opportunity to come back and serve in this capacity. Jennifer loves baseball, shoes and her two puppies Audrey and JoJo.
