This ministry is a primary focus of St. Andrews outside of Sunday worship. Small groups are a core ministry in the church, where people intentionally and regularly meet to gain a deeper understanding and love for Christ and each other through Bible study, building relationships and bearing each other's burdens. We believe that this model best captures the early Church’s habit of ‘…breaking bread together in their homes and eating together with glad and sincere hearts.’ (Acts 2:46)
The ultimate goal of the small group ministry is to glorify God through the study of His Word, practice of the “one another's” of the New Testament and enjoying Him through the fellowship and prayer with other believers. Each small group is different in its structure, style and dynamics, but this mission is at the heart of every group.
